By registering for an OmniCrawl account, purchasing a subscription, generating or using an API key, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Scope. OmniCrawl provides programmable scraping of publicly accessible websites via HTTP endpoints.
Best‑Effort Delivery. We strive for broad coverage but cannot guarantee that every website can be crawled or that any particular request will succeed.
Account Required. Access requires a registered Account and a valid, active subscription. You are responsible for all activity conducted with your credentials.
API Keys. API Keys are personal, confidential, and may not be shared or sold. You must implement reasonable measures (e.g., environment variables, secret managers) to keep keys private and out of public repositories.
Plan Tiers.
Base Fees. Subscription fees are charged to your payment method at the start of each Billing Cycle and are non‑refundable except as required by law.
Overage Charges. If your usage exceeds your plan allowance, each additional URL will incur a fee of US $0.20. Overage is calculated at the end of the Billing Cycle and charged automatically.
Usage Monitoring. You are solely responsible for tracking your consumption. Real‑time usage metrics are available in the dashboard.
Taxes. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be billed as required.
Payment Processor. Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. You authorize DocMap and Stripe to charge your designated payment method for applicable fees.
Failed Payments. If a charge is declined, we may suspend or terminate access until the balance is paid.
Lawful Use. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third‑party terms when scraping, including website terms of service and robots.txt directives.
Rate Limits & Abuse. We may impose request‑per‑second caps or temporarily suspend accounts that (a) overload our infrastructure, (b) attempt to bypass quotas, or (c) otherwise abuse the Service.
No Circumvention. You may not falsify or tamper with request headers, IPs, or other data to avoid usage tracking or billing.
Ownership. You retain all right, title, and interest in User Data you submit and in the factual data scraped on your behalf.
License to DocMap. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit User Data solely to provide the Service and improve performance analytics.
Logs & Metrics. We collect aggregate usage statistics (e.g., URL count, response times) to operate and enhance the Service. Such metrics do not include personal data except as described in the Privacy Policy.
Safeguards. You must keep your login credentials and API Keys secure.
Notice of Breach. Notify us immediately at ty.phamswann@docmap.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API Keys if we detect suspicious or malicious activity.
"As Is" Service. OmniCrawl is provided on an as‑is and as‑available basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Maintenance Windows. Planned downtime will be announced at least 24 hours in advance whenever practicable.
Support. Email support is available at ty.phamswann@docmap.dev. Response times depend on subscription tier.
You may not:
All intellectual property rights in OmniCrawl, including the underlying software, user interface, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of DocMap and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
By You. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current Billing Cycle.
By DocMap. We may suspend or terminate your Account (a) for breach of these Terms, (b) for non‑payment, (c) after 90 days of inactivity, or (d) if required by law.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your API Keys will be deactivated and we may delete User Data after 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
DocMap processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and Supabase.
We may modify the Service, subscription plan features, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to terminate before the new Terms apply.

Limitation. DOCMAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DocMap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) infringement of any third‑party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
